Since I can't come make you any today.
Rinse 1 cup of sushi rice. This should make 4 rolls.
Add rice and 1 ¼ cups of water to rice cooker.
Prepare ingredients while rice cooks.
Once rice is cooked add ¼ tbls of salt, 1 tbls sugar, ¼ cup of rice vinegar and mix.
Put nori sheet on sushi mat and spread rice. Keep rice warm to make spreading easy.
Add ingredients ¼ of the way up and wet the far edge of the nori sheet.
Roll it tight and slice it up. Rinse knife between rolls so it doesn't stick to the sheets.
